These cushions are designed to be used for Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training (or BRMT). They are made from soft cotton flannel, with a natural sand filling, and come in a range of sizes perfect for therapeutic use. 
 
The longer cushion is fantastic because it applies gentle weight on the vagus nerve, which helps calm the nervous system. It’s also beneficial for people who struggle to sleep on their back, as the weight can promote more restful sleep.
