These square cushions are fully sewn closed, so they don’t allow for refilling of the covers without reopening a seam. Depending on their size, they can be used under the hands and wrists, or under the shoulders.
 
Choose between a pair of small sized cushions for the hands or medium sized cushions for the knees.
